Went in to buy Nintendo switch system & game with my boyfriend. my boyfriend paid for the purchase and then the associate went into the back and brought out the box. While employee Jace was on the phone my boyfriend wanted to check out the box HE ALREADY BOUGHT because it looked like it had been opened. The guy PULLED IT OUT OF HIS HANDS and told him he couldn't look at it. Then the sales associate looks at us and goes "oh you know what, we gotta do a quick return on this. I rung it up wrong".... apparently he rung it up as merchandise "1" when it should have been scanned under a barcode labeled "2"... then as he's scanning my BF receipt tells him AGAIN he can't touch the box....here's the kicker, in order to "return" the item to re sell it to us, he asked for my BF ID to scan it for some "pawn law".... wtf we never even took the box or items out of the store. YOUR EMPLOYEE RUNG UP THE INFORMATION WRONG WHY DO YOU NEED HIS IDENTIFICATION. Long story short, we think there was something shady going on. And said F this and right there asked for his money back. Went across the street to Best Buy, could touch the box we were purchasing and see its condition (new, obviously not some type of return) for EXACT same price. Buyer beware.
