rev:text	My father was a patient at Silver Ridge HC the later part of 2014 and they took good care of him, the nursing staff & CNA etc were caring & very helpful. On the flip side at times things did not appear to well organized or coordinated between the various departments., for example when my father had doctor appointment the drivers were not informed on his details & his insurance info was not provided to the doctors office, resulting in him not being seen by the doctor. The other issue we had, when our father used all of his insurance coverage for skilled nursing (after day 21) we were not informed & we asked a couple times, if there were any pending charges. This resulted in big fat Coinsurance bill of $10,600!!! So check your loved ones insurance coverage to be sure it's covered. But overall the facility was clean, meals looked ok and staff did a good job considering how tough this job is! Thanks
