  • I just went into this store to do a phone warranty exchange and Bruno the representative refused, even though the phone representative and doc warranty advised I qualified. Bruno said his store manager Luis told him not to accept any phones regardless of the warranty. Now, I have to wait for mail delivery another 4 days because this store is making up it's own policies and refusing to follow franchise policies. Don't do any business at this store, you'll have no protection since they make up their own rules. Please share.
