  • Came in here on a Tuesday night and sat at the bar. Ordered a Bruchetta as an appetizer. It tasted great, except for one thing; it had a large chunk of tin foil inside the garlic. After politely bringing it to the bartenders attention she quickly took it off the plate and threw it away; immediately went, and started speaking to a manager on the other side of the bar. A few moments later, said manager approaches and casually asks about how the appetizer was, while feigning ignorance. After explaining to her about the tin foil she replied that they cook it in tin foil and that it was perfectly normal. I told her to make sure it doesn't happen to any other customers as it is "not perfectly normal" That was the end of that. No compensation. No apologies. No nothing. Just your typical Las Vegas customer service that we've all grown so accustomed to. The bill was around 100$ for 2 drinks an appetizer and two entrĂ©es. You decide if this is a place you want to eat at.
