  • Incredibly rude personnel. Shocked, appalled and dismayed at the behavior that took place. Apparently my daughter had gone in to have spa services done with a package. Services were subpar at best. Upon ring out the cashier told her it was substantially more than what she was advised upon check in. No one had told her of any additional fees with services. Infront of several members of staff and other customers she continued to imply my daughter was lying about not being told about additional fees. The cashier tried to force her to pay the additional fees and offered no apologies. My daughter asked her and another member of staff to escalate it, the other member who had been kind on previous occasions was now rude and refused to assist, the cashier insisting that she was told about the fee told her there was no escalator while laughing at her. Appalling and lacking complete class. My daughter has spent substantial amounts of money at this location- I would estimate at about $1,000 in the last 6 months. She also had an additional service booked which is now canceled. This business is now lost due to this behavior. They have also lost any referrals we would have provided to family and friends. All future business from us is also lost. Business must not matter at this spa. Obviously it is Spa West's loss, I am sorry, well not sorry.
