Saw the reviews on open table and decided to make reservations when we were in Vegas. This was NOT a disappointment! The food is out of this world! I had the beet risotto with goat cheese which was my favorite dish overall. I also had the sea bass as the entree and the chocolate ball as desert. Both were wonderful! My husband had the rabbit three ways, which was the first time he'd had rabbit and still is not sure if any other rabbit could compare! He had the foie gras for the appetizer which was another first and did not disappoint. The waiter gave us his true opinion about the foie gras and how it might not be for everyone. We appreciated his candidness and interest in our experience. The staff was very nice and polite. I did feel, though, once a certain customer came in, which seemed to be an important person, I felt like our service went down because the focus went to that person. I figured I was paying for a fine dining restaurant also and should have the same amount of attention. Otherwise the food was exemplary and worth the experience. (Posted on Opentable.com also)
