  • Went for post op for a vasectomy. Gave the lady my insurance info and she scheduled my appointment. The morning of I get a call from the doctors office. The said we forget to have you sign a form therefor your insurance never signed off on it. We are not able to do the procedure today. Would have been really nice to know this last week or yesterday. Not the day of. This is the most unorganized and unprofessional doctors office I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
