  • Went here about three weeks ago. My first time at this location and WILL never go back. I just got the basic package so they were suppose to just hand dry the outside and vacuum. Well by time they got to my car it was already completely dry!! The employees moved super slow on getting the cars done. I was there for a good 45 mins. Not to mention when I got home I noticed deep scratches on my bumper. Took it back that night, but by then the manager was gone so a young lady took down my info and said some will call me the next day... ah yeah right!! I called them a week later and took my car down for the manager to take a look at it. I believe his name was Darren. He said he would take a look at the cameras in the wash and let me know what he found.. let's just say I've haven't heard a back from him!! I will never go back to another fabulous Freddy's again!
