  • I was visiting friends and expected more from the Bible Belt. These guys wanted to charge me $98 for an oil change. I told them I use regular oil but they insisted my vehicle could only use full synthetic (my Kia dealership says regular oil is fine) so I said no, I just want regular oil (normally $35-$39) and he came back with $59!!! Really? No thank you. I ended up in another place and while waiting a girl told me she had a similar experience and that they were a rip-off because they charged her close to $69 and never changed the filter.
