  • Same as most the negative reviews. The service tech showed up, noted the water heater needed to be replaced. Then proceeded to claim it needed another $454 worth of modifications that aren't covered by the AHS warranty. Then when I challenged the charges asking why it needed a $125 temp n pressure pipe when its included with the water heater, why it needed new water lines at $149, $115 for a vent hood, $65 for a gas line that is not leaking. After some time the tech said, the home warranty company doesn't pay us enough so we have to collect to cover the installation. Complete scam. AZ ROC complaint in progress.
