Where do I start? Oh, yeah, at the beginning. The wait to check in was ridiculously long, on a Saturday afternoon. There were only 2 people working and the line was 9 deep. Not too fun after a 19 hr trip from Kansas City. We had previously requested to be near our friends and the desk clerk was robotic in her response "the rooms were predetermined". Needless to say, that didnt happen. Kids were looking forward to the "wave pool" and I was looking forward to the "swim-up" bar, neither of which exist. The website states there is a daily in suite coffee service which is no more than the coffee you would find at a Super 8! The guys at the Pro Shop are nice but the course has alot of blind shots is not that great- (Quintero) was awesome! Had a $15 chicken wrap at the pool that even the bartender agreed was a total ripoff. To top it off, go to Aunt Chiladas the last night and ordered table side guacamole and queso dip with our dinner, neither of which came. Got the ol, "my bad" but no adjustment to the bill! Previous complaints were brought to the attention of front desk staff (i asked to speak with a mgr but they he would be back later) with nothing but "i'm sorry". At $400+ a night this failed miserably! Will not be back!
