Great local climbing shop with knowledgeable staff and a helpful website, originally owned by Mike and Tim Ward (Mike put up many first ascents in Red Rocks starting in the 1970s). The shop also rents bouldering pads and stocks both GearLoop topos and the new, info-packed, glossy Jerry Handren RR climbing guide. The current owners are active in maintaining climbing access, which is continually being whittled away by the BLM (despite allowing oil drilling, logging and mining on other BLM managed lands), through the LVCLC organization, a local group supported by the Access Fund. Prices are comparable to REI.
Note: street address is 8221 W Charleston, not 8201 (pending yelp correction)

Update:
Forgot to add that they have a great selection of ropes, especially for those of you that want something a bit more subdued than your ca.1985 spandex climbing tights.
