  • Will not do this event again. This year was the first of a cashless system that failed miserably. After using the "convenient" buy tickets and pre-loaded wrist bands on-line, upon arrival to venue, we had to wait in a Disneyeque long line to get the wrist bands while there were no lines at the pay o the day of area. What's the sense of paying ahead of time if only to have to stand in a line for pre-paid entry? Upon receiving our "pre-loaded" cashless wrist bands, we entered the venue. When trying to buy food after waiting in another ridiculously long line, we were told our pre-loaded wrist bands had a zero balance. We were sent to the "ReLoad Bands" tent to be told there was nothing to reload because our bands hand nothing on them, but we could load more money onto them at that tent by giving our credit card...again. NO communication between check in tent and re-load tent as the guy told us that "a bunch of people who paid for pre-loaded wrist bands had the same problem". Without anyone from customer service in the ReLoad tent, the left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing nor did they even know there was an issue. SO, after 2 hours of walking around the grounds with beaming sun and no shade, the 4-5 tents with general seating were completely full, the lines at every vendor were 20-30 deep, and there was zero seating anywhere else at the festival we decided to leave. Before our final departure, we stopped by customer service to inform them of the issue we had with our bands to which we were told, the person who checked us in didn't sync our payment and bands correctly, "sorry", and "you will be refunded whatever balance you have left"...of course with a $3.50 service fee. In all, tacos were OK....could've went to my favorite Mexican restaurant, had cold beer and fresh tacos while watching an NFL game in the air conditioning and spend less money, been more relaxed, and enjoyed the atmosphere more.
