  • We took our dog Drake to Petsmart on seventh Avenue and Bell Road for neutering. The doctor then called my wife and asked if we wanted to remove his baby teeth and dewclaws my wife and said I don't think it's going to be a problem but please call my my husband first for permission to do the extra surgeries and he also would like to pay with a different card and not the one on the account. The doctor did make one attempt to call me while I was at work I did not pick up the phone and was unable to talk because I was busy at work so three hours later the doctor calls me back to pick up the phone and she said drake is out of surgery he's doing well and I understand that you want to pay with a different card I said yes she told me the amount I asked her why it was so expensive and she said she got permission to do the other two procedures which war remove his dewclaws and his baby teeth I said my wife gave you permission she'said yes. I paid for everything which was $299 then called my wife and I asked did you get permission to Dr. Wu to do the other procedures on Drake. My wife said no I did not I asked her to call you did she call you I said yes but I wasn't able to talk to her. So therefore Dr. Wu took it upon herself to operate on my dog without any permission or consent whatsoever I am writing this because I am pissed off I want my money back I want this taken care of and I want her license revoked that is not right for someone to operate on your dog when they have no permission. I called and complained to the manager Danny she said I will look into this and get right back to you I stated my case I stated my complaint and she said I have to get a hold of the supervisor which could take 3 to 4 days but she called me the same day I was eight I wasn't able to answer and she left a messagesaying that her doctor follow procedure and we were not reimbursing you. Now I'm contacting the corporate offices going to channel 3 news all the new stations Better Business Bureau three on your side Facebook Twitter everything we are going to get this resolved
