  • The owners are very nice and friendly. However their turnaround times are often not accurate, when they say an order will be ready in 7 days, they really mean 12-14 days. and when they say they'll call when your order is ready, they mean to have you contact them multiple times, and when they say they'll send you a copy of your receipt, they really mean you're never getting one. They often do not pay attention to the details or specifications of your order, you will ask them for your products to be styled a certain way and when you go to pick up your order. It is nothing like you had asked or mentioned. Will definitely be looking for other companies that offer the same services
