  • I wish there was a half star option... this is a very cute little donut shop inside New York, NY hotel & Casino. They have very aesthetically pleasing donuts, mini cakes, and rolls available as well as coffee. There was usually at least a handful of choices every time we were in the area during their operating hours, which is nice and convenient for anyone with a sweet tooth to grab a quick fix or a fast cup of fresh brewed coffee (instead of standing in the huge Starbucks line). The donuts and cake however didn't taste as good as they looked, which is why I didn't rate them higher. I kind of wonder if some of it has to do with the fact that (while we were here) they sat out open, on a huge wall display- exposed, to the elements (think lots of people passing by and cigarette smoke). They were beautifully decorated and I absolutely LOVED the American flag donuts. They were seriously perfect looking, just quite dry and the mini cheesecake was not what we were expecting. Just kind of an odd aftertaste, and nothing got eaten completely because of that.
