  • I would not recommend this nail salon. I am a pretty fair person but after trying it out 3 times and having negative experiences i will not be returning. I used the soft gel and it does not break or chip for 3-4 weeks typically. Both times the gel chipped away. When i went back a week later they fixed it but no apology or explanation. Just a serious face and a fix. The last time i went in for a pedicure i was again greeted by a serious unhappy face and zero conversation made. I was told if i didn't pay extra my feet would still be scratchy and rough on the bottom. I feel a nice scrub should be included in a 25 dollar pedicure. I was left feeling confused and like i was getting a low end pedicure for the normal price. All in all its a nice place and well cleaned. But the customer service is grumpy, quiet, and not personal. I enjoy seeing happy smiling faces. I can handle a poor nail job... But not bad customer service. I hope they can learn to enjoy their jobs soon!
