rev:text	Went to pick up a U-Haul and this older man with glasses presenting himself eating with food stuck to his chin in an unprofessional manner. I have rented there before and dealt with him and the transaction was smooth. This time he was a complete douche bag and difficult to deal with. Demeanor rude, uncomfortable felt like my husband and I were thieves with the all the questioning and the way he asked. I was talking to my hubby as he stepped away and the woman that was standing there the whole time was ease dropping and when he came back she repeats to him what was said and looks at me saying there's nothing wrong with his face and I told her there's food on face. So because she stepped in on our transaction we cancelled the rental and walked out and will never go back to this facility. Customer service very poor.
