  • My second time here and thought I have finally found a home for my lil girl. I'm only giving it one star and will update as soon as I get this resolved. This 1 star is only base on this situation. When I picked her up, she was happy and pretty with a cute lil lady bug bandana. The following day we took it off and realized they didn't leave her collar on her. So I came in today (4 days later) and they couldn't find it. Now it wouldn't be such an issue if I didn't need it for tomorrow travel and my dog needs it to travel. So the young lady proceeds to tell me you can come by tomorrow and see if the other lady can find it. Again, I had to remind her I am traveling with my dog tomorrow. I just told the young lady, it's ok, I will bring in the bill of the new purchase of the collar and tag. So I hope that the owner will take care of this matter.
