It's a shame that a company who deals with people who have medical issues and are in chronic pain are so incompetent. They even tried to upsale my order. No, just send me the catheters approved by my insurance. How difficult can that be? After several phone calls, waiting on hold, & being transferred to 3 different customer service agents, I received the wrong catheters anyway. They sent me catheters not approved by my insurance after telling them not to send the ones they tried to upsale me. Come to find out they just submitted a duplicate order instead of correcting the issue. They finally did send me the correct catheters, but ended up billing my insurance incorrectly. Very frustrating.
