  • Changing my review. After taking the bandage off of a small tattoo I got on the back of my neck done by Steve, I noticed 2 letters don't line up with the rest of the word. This was not the case when he put the stencil on me. I even have 4 other witnesses. The only reason this place has 5 stars is because they bribe you with a "free gift" if you leave 5. I believe that is against Yelp policy but that's beside the point. The only person that was helpful was the guy doing piercings. It felt like the other staff didn't want us there. Also wasn't the cheapest for what I received. I wouldn't recommend.
