THEIR ENTHUSIASM WAS CONTAGIOUS
(Warning: Young adults from Central Florida in for vacation) They picked us up from our Strip hotel in a large, comfy van and drove us the one hour to Willow Beach Marina. Our group was abnormally large for them so I don't know if their team normally consists of ~5 guys. But these young guys seemed to genuinely enjoy escaping to the water. They enthusiastically took photos of our group during the course of the trip- individual photos too!- and would happily give photo tips for the landscape.
ALL-INCLUSIVE TOUR
Hubs and I are already kayak nerds so we barely listened to their one-on-one instruction, however several in our group had water fears and a guide stuck to them patiently. We were provided kayaks (with the ability to use your feet to steer!), life vests, snacks, water... just bring additional snacks if you need. We stayed on the water a couple hours.
TOUR WAS A BIT DIFFICULT TO HEAR
The times we entered the shallow cave or entered the short hike, it was easy to hear the guides. However there were a handful of times they were trying to point out sights to us along the river- because of the wind it was a bit difficult to understand... and we were often the closest to them! The tour is what makes this different than just a more expensive kayak freely sailing around- so I hope those further back understood.
