This hotel provides parking at $6 a day with airport shuttle services. I paid to leave my van there for 6 days. When I returned my van had been vandalized, right there in their parking lot -- 2 smashed windows, some body damage, and items where stolen including a gun. I asked the general manager Chris to at least cover my deductible for the broken windows and he refused, that I "parked at my own risk" even tho I paid $46 to park there. When I asked for a name and number of a higher position person, he only gave me a customer service number. I do not recommend leaving your vehicle at this hotel, either for the airport service or to stay at the hotel. This was a very expensive mistake, and time consuming getting windows replaced and filing a police report. Hampton didn't care at all what happened to my vehicle in their parking lot.
