  • First time here.... An intimate but relaxed setting. Food was amazing, service was great, owners were wonderful hosts. Who would have thought the best Thai food in Pittsburgh would be found in Cecil. Dont be fooled by the outside, house like setting, you will not be disappointed. Be sure to order the pork dumplings, best we have ever had. We will be back!
