rev:text	I'm a current resident at Casa Sorrento Apartments . When I first got this apartment they didn't bother to clean it and the carpet old with stains and stains everywhere ! The main thing our main room doesn't have a window screen so birds come in all the time and bugs . We told them about this issue and ever since our move in date nothing happen. There other time the light from the kitchen wasn't working took them 3 weeks to show up . I went in there and reminded them but didn't complain . Well now my Air conditioner doesn't work so we are super hot in this little apartment so now I'm very upset because I usually don't complain about it and try speaking to them but the conditioner is a big deal because we are super hot and I went last week and they keep saying someone will go and fix and nothing till I called yesterday both ladies gave a bad attitude and didn't want to give me corporate number !! I pay rent here I don't understand why I'm getting this type of treatment when all I want is for me to not be suffering in this hot weather ! My dog is having issues too she's very small and if something happens to her I will go further !!!! It's been more than 72 hours they been ignoring me !!!! I hope you guys can do something about it !!! I'm already to the point where I'm not calm this is too much already !!! The ladies in the office names are Lidia and Lorena you need to get people who are actually friendly and can do their job right with the communication of maintenance!!! I'll make sure I don't recommend this place to anyone is horrible !!!!
