I just had a similar experience to another review on this page. I ordered something via the online site, confirmed the address (an address in Toronto) before submitting my order. The confirmation email had a completely different address which omitted the street address and the apartment number. I contacted them within seconds - it had been 5 minutes total from my order. I was told my order was already sent to the shipping department and there was nothing they could do. They said if it couldn't be delivered it would just be returned and I'd be issued a refund. So basically I have to wait for the package to go out, get lost, be undeliverable, then returned before I'll get my money back for their mistake.
I'm disgusted. What awful customer service.
