  • My wife and I live in San Diego, but have two investment properties in Phoenix. John has been especially helpful for us when it comes to making decisions about those investments. John understands the Real Estate market in Phoenix, expertly. Any Real Estate investor would tell you that being able to accurately project where the market is going is a crucial aspect to a successful investment. We have come to him with concerns about selling our properties vs. renting them out. Every time, we have walked away confident in our decisions, and with a higher prospective of where the market is going. We highly regard John's opinions, and because of that trust we are able to rest easy- which is invaluable!
