Not to sound like a grocery store snob.. but i'm sure I will come off that way anyways. Once you go to a really nice Harris Teeter.. and get used to going there.. and then you have to go to Bi-Lo because you're in a different neighborhood.. you can tell and it's not a warm, fuzzy difference.
While Bi-Lo overall has decent prices, the experience is no where near the same. What you are getting for that value is not the same. Some stuff you can get a great deal on, in particular frozen foods or non-food items.. but for fresh produce, I will stick to Harris Teeter.
