  • Paul Staron and the team of Valley Building did an outstanding job of the property I acquired in Gilbert, AZ. 1. The took adequate number of hours to review every single detailed of the house. 2. Once the inspection was over, we had a meeting at the premises to review all the punch list which they had plenty of details and pictures so it was extremely easy for me to understand the main concerns. 3. They provided an outstanding and detailed report including a very organized folder with details of what to be looking in the house monthly, quarterly and annually. 4. They offered a one year free service for the Home Owners network which basically puts us in direct contact with professional experts. 5. Their web site is very comprehensive 6. As an outcome of their report I was able to negotiate correction of most of the items in the punch list even the ones considered cosmetic changes. Very professional and high quality service. I fully recommend them if you need a very through inspection in the property you are buying or selling.
