rev:text	BLACK Buyer beware this is not the place to go!!!! I went to phillip for the second time 7/15/2016 My appointment was for 9:15 am I was 7 minutes late because of Police activity. Upon my arrival I apologized for being late and sat at his table. I really will not be going anywhere near this Nail shop again. Phillip messed up my nails leaving them lumpy and hell they looked as if I or some novice had done them. He sat across from me and lied in my face about what I asked for. I came in for a GEL Fill in....I showed him where I had to cut a section by the left thumb and cuticle because it lifted up after being on for one week. I stated please make sure you seal the gel and file it thin without the ridges he left in my gel the last time...... Phillip got nasty and snappy saying he does the best he can...... Not true....I stated I wanted a color this time instead of the white tips I had installed.....Phillip stated " since you are getting color you can save $3.00 and just fill in with white. I said I don't care about the $3.00 savings I wanted my nails PERFECT and smooth..........This Nail tech PHILLIP began to fill my nails in doing it carelessly and haphazardly rushing through the job. I believe PHILLIP is racist as he rushed me out without even caring if I was satisfied (BIG MISTAKE I PAID IN CASH AND TIPPED UPFRONT) because a white woman arrived and after keepig my $13.00 tip he brushed me off like a FLY!!!!! This Man actually picked my Handbag and keys up and moved them to another chair so the white woman could sit..........UNPROFFFESIONAL had I been GHETTO I would have cursed his racist ass out!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN...AS A RETIRED VETERAN I FELT BELITTLED AND DISGUSTED WHEN I LEFT....What a waste of time the MONEY mattered NOT. It's the principal....
