Came Wednesday to add 2 new phones and fix my Samsung 5. They factory reset my phone and I lost EVERYTHING. They did not have the phones in stock so they were mailed to me. I am told just come in to activate them "it will be quick" It has so far been over 1 hour, the numbers they provided were linked to someone else's default account. The sales rep has been "working" on it in the back so I can not even ask him a question.
