The rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant, but there's a major safety issue. In our building, at night, the doors were locked with keys only available to employees, on the outside and *inside*. This hotel apparently lies about the amenities it offers. There was no coffee maker or ironing board in our room, and no breakfast. (Toast and coffee were all that was offered). I feel bad for the people who live in this neighborhood; it appears to be a crime area, because the night check-in entrance was a small room with a glass panel that separates you from the clerk. (If this approach is necessary, then I justify its existence, but it doesn't make one feel well). We also had to walk through a dark, unlit alley to get to our building. I regret making my poor wife stay here.
