  • Came to this place through yelper reviews. I didn't really have any deductions last year but I thought I might this year so I wanted to get established with a tax expert. I dropped off my documents a month before the tax due date. One week went by and no one contacted me. I waited until the second week to call them. The receptionist had no idea who was assigned to take care of my taxes. Said she would call me back and two days went by still no one called. I called again and I got the same answer. By this point I should have asked for my documents back and go somewhere else but I still have them the benefit of the doubt. I called again and finally they figured out who was working on my taxes. Stated that she is very busy and that she would call me when she is done. Now into the third week and I finally got a call. She was very brief with me and stated that she will have everything ready tomorrow and I can just stop by and pick it up. Okay...I went there after the lunch the next day! My documents were not ready and I was told to sit and wait. Then after 15mins, she came out and apologize stating that she was going to print it yesterday but she got caught up with something. Then proceed to tell me that I need to pay the it's $3000 in 7 days. Well no shiet! Thx. Two weeks later, I called to ask if some of my moving expenses can help decrease the amount of tax owed. Emailed her/called. Got the same answer by the receptionist that my tax lady will get back to me...either in meeting or very busy! By the third phone call, I was heated and that it took for her to get on the phone and talked to me literally for 3 mins. Was that so hard? I meant she only charged me $200 for doing the 1040ez. Long story short, she said no they are not but she will do some more research and get back to me. It has been a month since and no call whatsoever. I guess if you're big business they will take care of you but personal taxes you are better off going to hr block! Terrible I wouldn't not come back here
