  • Excellent hotel! We stayed for a concert. We knew ahead of time about the $20 parking so was not a problem. Valet was waiting to help us by getting our luggage and putting on a cart, taking up to our room and just talking w us about our purpose for being there and to find out if we had any questions, how we might be getting to our concert venue to let us know of options, he unloaded our luggage and took cart back down. Made sure we knew to call if we needed anything (since I see management reads reviews I just want to call out Kwame for being professional and friendly and helping us get acquainted). We stayed in the jr. Suite, it was very nice and roomy - I agree w another review I read about the shower though, the half glass panel is bad bc water goes out everywhere and your stuff gets wet without realizing until later. 5 of us stayed in the room and split the cost, they were accommodating in helping tell us how much for each of us to pay to split it. The desk person when we left was very friendly (Derrell) and joked and just made it feel very welcoming. The valet person when we left was very good at helping load our luggage to leave and very friendly. We did have one incident when we left for the concert w desk person communicating to valet to get our vehicle when we were leaving for the concert, what should've taken 5 minutes to get our vehicle took about 20 minutes but again, was a miscommunication and things happen, especially when busy. The overall great experience made that one incident easy to overlook. Great job hotel staff!!
