  • Everything is good except for the frequent parking program. Sky harbor for some reason pulled out of an existing program and frankly it really sucks now. They used to give points for parking and now it is a low set amount regardless of how long you park. That is not a deal breaker, you have to park anyway, right? Well now you can't get any of the promo deals sent out via the old organization and I have to hound them for the paltry amount of points that they owe me. Now they wont even answer an email! There is also NO PHONE NUMBER to call them in the parking "program". In short, park and forget they have a program as they clearly have. The rest of the airport is wonderful and one of my favorites, this is just the one thing that bothers me. Too bad they have all that effort on fantastic restaurants and nice guides and such to have a pile of idiots in parking crap all over it. **Update** 8-5-15 New honcho in control of parking. Moved up a star 2 to 3 because they have improved. I am no longer having to hassle with them and they actually called, odd these days and welcomed. I am there a lot, lets see if they can earn a 4th star!
