I was referred to this gym by one of the awesome trainers, Monica. I have been wanting to get back on the fitness bandwagon, but due to how much traveling I do for work, I had slacked off for a few months. I jumped right back in at F45 and absolutely loved their interval training approach! It is fast paced, but doable even for someone who is currently out of shape like me. I was sore after the first class, of course, but if you keep at it for about a week you will start to see results. Another thing I love about the workouts is that you don't have time to get bored. As soon as you start hating an exercise it is time to move onto another, so you are constantly moving. I would recommend F45 to anyone! (PS - definitely let the trainers know if you have any injuries, and they will modify any of the exercises for you.)
