I am giving one star because I have to to post this. This place has some horrible policies!!!!! To control the dogs all the employees carry water bottles and they spray the dogs, including in the face when they cannot get the dog to do what they want, instead of saying NO or using another method. This tells me the STAFF AND OWNERS have no formal training on dogs. They require the dogs to wear quick release collars in the facility, which I understand. My dog came home with it on so tight he was choking/wheezing. After we got it off we tried to put it back on just to see how they got it on that tight and we were unable to which tells me they sat there forcing the collar on him. I had his collar adjusted for his size and for his comfort and they took it upon themselves to make it so tight he was wheezing. Then when it was time to leave and he was rushing to get to my husband and the staff started spraying him in the face because he wouldn't listen. Well no wonder he wouldn't listen, he was rushing to get to us to take that collar off. I called and spoke to management who offered me a weak apology but stated these are there policies. If you care about your dogs well being do not take them here. My dog suffered all day here.
