  • I had to wait in line for over an hour to pick up a vehicle that I had already reserved and paid for. I prepaid for a rental with unlimited mileage. This was stated in the contract. Advantage then charged me an additional fee when I picked up the car for mileage. When I dropped off the car with a full tank of gas, they charged a fuel charge. This $50 prepaid reservation for one day ended up costing over $150. I'm still fighting to get any kind of refund.
