  • Talk about understaffed. The doctor taking awhile I understand. But we picked out glasses and sat at a table for an hour. Which I understand being one one person was helping with fitting glasses while the other tried to go back and forth from the main counter. It's a busy mall. It's Wednesday morning. Where the hell are all your employees? Or at least have ones that can work effeciently and not sit with someone for over a half hour. Time is the one thing we can never get back and this business wasted an immense amount of mine.
