| - This salon is in the same parking center with Pink box. It was a little hard to find parking. Time management is a struggle here. I have been to this salon twice now. Both times, I had an appointment. The first time I had to wait 25-30 minutes; the second time, I had to leave and come back the next day. I understand that one shouldn't go to a nail salon if he or she is in a rush, but having to wait for 30' even though I have an appointment is something else.
Another thing this salon can improve on is to have a front desk person. Both times I came here, no one got up to greet me. All the technicians were busy at their stations, and they all had masks on. I couldn't tell who asked me a question, so I had to say out loud my name, who I had an appointment with, and what I needed to have done . It was a bit awkward when I had to leave as I couldn't wait any longer. I was like "excuse me, I have to leave", and everyone stopped their conversations to look at me .
I had Kim work on my nails the first time. It was ok. I saw some cotton strings stuck on one of my nails, but it wasn't a big deal. At my second visit, I was assigned to Kim again. As soon as I told her that I had some cotton strings stuck to my nail the last time, she asked another technician to do my nails ?.
This salon charges a bit more than others. I usually get gel color change without a manicure for $20 or $25, it's $30 here.
I don't know if I will come back for the third time. Maybe if my nails don't break by second week..
