I saw her for 2 1/2 years with no problems other than long wait times when arriving for an appointment. I required additional tests in January and it took 25 days to get my results and I had to get those directly from the 3rd party she referred me to! No one in her office called me until I made a complaint with the Medical Board. Now I've been trying to get a refund of $102 that I paid for my deductible from Aug 2016 and no one will return my call. Her billing office messed up and UHC told them the entire visit was the providers responsibility but they kept my money! And they won't return calls or e-mails. I've called or e-mailed at least 25 times since January between the billing office and the front office. Finally decided to warn others of the terrible service and fraudulent charges!
