  • I was so insulted by the manager at this branch today. I went in with a problem and needed answers. When the manager came out to help the employee working with me and I voiced my concerns her response was not to explain anything or try to help but she just said " Maybe we aren't a good fit for you, why do you stay here?" As soon as I can get all my ducks in a row that is exactly what I will be doing. I waited 20 minutes to speak to someone and this is how they treat people!
