  • The facility is great. The staff, however, leaves something to be desired. The sales person who signed me up was unbelievably rude, misogynistic, forward, and casual--making me so uncomfortable that I try and schedule my workouts so I can't possibly run into him. Lifetime, FIX YOUR STAFF. We don't pay premium rates for weird, creepy, inappropriate advances from your sales force.
