My finace got me a gift certificate for my birthday, which was on the 2nd, for the intentions of a 90 minute massage and a pedicure on December 8th (on the certificate it says the date he bought it). On the website, massages are listed as STILL available as services that are offered. I called the salon to find out that massages are no longer offered. I wanted to go to Sybil because of the rave reviews I saw online. I am unable to have facials, and he bought me the certificate because I specifically said i wanted a massage. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude to my fiance' when he called to try to figure out what was going on, and is requesting his money back for false advertisement. He was only trying to get me a gift that I wanted and spent a lot of money on the gift certificate only because of false advertisement. The gentleman on the phone said they have been in the process of taking the massage section out of the website, I'm sorry I work on my website for my business and it doesn't take a month. Hopefully they will call us back and are more understanding and nicer to him. Glad I will be able to go somewhere else where people treat their customers well.
