  • Shitty customer service. I like how no one greets u. All the sales associates just stand around doing absolutely nothing. The store is very small, nothing compared to nordstroms in the USA. Definitely recommend to stick with shopping at Holt Renfrew where u are greeted with a smile, help is offered and u are given a bottle of water while u browse
