| - After shopping around all day, I was looking for a quick bite to eat. I've heard a lot of cool things about this place so decided to give it a try. We walked in and we were told its happy hour. Score!
Happy hour is Monday-Thursday 3:30-6:30. Happy hour isn't everywhere but just at the bar or in the bar area. We originally sat a lot a table in the middle of the bar but moved over to a booth once it was cleaned. The food was pretty good, the service was just ok. Our server didn't say more than 10 words to us the whole hour and a half we were there. I understand it was happy hour but when we got there, it didn't look too terribly busy?? She didn't ask why we switched tables. She didn't ask if the food was tasting ok. She said the most when she dropped off the tab.
Pros: chargers under the bar, happy hour prices, and at each table by the bar area, laid back cool atmosphere, menus are composition notebooks, super clever! They do have wifi, cute little bookshelves, math cards all around to really make it feel like a school atmosphere, outdoor seating looking over downtown summerlin, the outdoor seating has fans everywhere.. Also a life size connect four
Cons: waitress did seem like she was in a huge hurry when we first sat down, despite the restaurant not looking busy
Tip*** wifi name is under public school and the password is public school
Happy hour food: I highly recommend the ahi poke, it was delicious!! Also the fried cauliflower with buffalo sauce was very good. And the red quinoa salad was my personal favorite.
Would I go back? Overall I would go back to try some more things. The food was pretty good. The service was a bit lacking to me but I would go again
