  • {Cà Phê Sa ?á ~ Vietnamese Ice Coffee with Condense Milk} If you ask me what my ALL TIME FAVOURITE coffee is....I would say cafe sua da! I love the smokey and bitter flavour of the coffee beans with the sweetness of condense milk. It's seriously so good. So when I saw a fellow foodie posting about a place in Pacific mall that sells Vietnamese coffee...I knew I had to check it out. It's a small little store located upstairs in the heritage area. The store front had a cute poster of an owl with a rice hat!! The ladies that served us were very nice, one of them spoke Vietnamese to us, but all I could say was hello auntie in Vietnamese My friend however was able to speak to her! Very nice ladies. The coffee only took a couple of minutes to make, it seems the dripping coffee was already waiting for us When I took my first sip my eyes grew big... The flavour was phenomenal!!! It wasn't too sweet, there was just the right amount to pair with the smokey coffee flavour!! It was so good, I was very impressed. My favourite cafe sua da will always be from Viet Hoa, but it's pretty far for me to just casually go to get coffee. So I guess Dak Lak will be my go-to place for cafe sua da from now on!! I'm excited to go back to try out their desserts, they have a lot of different selections in their menu
