| - Well, this is an update on my previous review about this salon. This Salon, Salon Daniel, advertises and sells packages under its name, make its own money, but doesn't accept any responsibility for the service. They simply tell their clients that they only had rented their place to an "unknown irresponsible company" and they don't have responsibility for the package they've sold you under their name (Salon Daniel).
Here is my story:
I had the FabFind for laser hair removal. As I wrote before, in the first few months the technicians were good, but the front desk at salon was rude. However, after a couple of times going there, I figured that they changed the technicians very frequently. The later technicians were not that nice or expert. After a while they told me not to call the usual Salon number anymore for making appointments and use a cell phone number instead. This cell phone rarely responses. After calling several times, they booked me an appointment for 10:00 AM today, although it was not convenient for me. They told this was the only day and time available for several weeks. I accepted. The girl, who by the way was not friendly at all, didn't even bother to give tell me they were located at a new address. I had to call them again to get the address, since I my friend told me that they had changed their place. On the day of the appointment, a cold Dec. day, I went there at 10 AM and guess what! Nobody was there. The new place was closed. I stayed there for 20 minutes, called them several times. The phone was off, without ringing it got redirected to the voice mail that nicely tells you Welcome to the Blah Salon. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 5?6? PM...!!! It was a Wed. morning, 10:20 AM. I was in front of the Salon and nobody was there. I went back to the previous place, were I had bought a second laser package from: Salon Daniel, that is just across the street from the new address of the laser place. I asked them if they could confirm the address for me. They told they don't have the new address of the laser people. I told them that I had bought the original voucher from FindFab under their name and the second voucher from them directly. I know them responsible for my money and time. The answer was yes, but we don't know where they are located; this company was not responsible and we figured they were moving from here only on their moving day!!!
OKAY, now it gets clear. They rent their salon to people that they don't know the quality of their service. They sell you the vouchers, make their own money, then no responsibility about anything. By the way, I have to mention that hearing this word "Sorry" was the nicest thing I have ever heard from the front desk in Salon Daniel!
