I don't often take the time to write great things about vehicle dealerships. However, in this case Chapman Ford warrants the extra effort. The entire vehicle buying experience was a shining example of what customer service means. I was completely happy with their professionalism and partnership in listening to my needs, understanding my budget and showing me a vehicle that "I" was looking for rather than what they 'wanted' to show me. I bought the 2014 F-150 and love it. The Customer Service Director Julie Schmit and Internet Service Manager Aidee Perez made all the difference in this process and based on the 'lesser' experience I had at another dealership the week before these two rockstars came through to make everything work out.
