  • First, the only reason that I reside here is close to airport and strip. Second, the complex was built in 60's and Requires Major. Renovations'. Third,, an older and quiet group of retirees. Fourth, the manager is decent and understanding! Fifth, Head Maintenance Man/ Tall and Ugly looking Redneck is a True. Prick and Troublemaker. This Prick will bang on your front door should rent not be paid by 8AM. Last Sunday morning, had an issue with the toilet. Contacted security, who in turn, contacted the Maintenance Dept. To date, the maintenance dept made No Attempt to contact me nor an effort. Definitely, the Maintenance Men call themselves Engineers' --Nothing. More than Bull!; I was fortunate to pick up a plunger down the street as the Maintenance. DEPT WAS TOO LAZY TO Make an Effort!!
